Saturday. Camden County Women's Basketball took on Northampton in the Region 19 Championship. The cougars played tough and defended, but came up short losing 51-40. The cougars jumped out early with a 14-6 league at the end of the first quarter. In the 2nd quarter Northampton put together a 19-10 run and took a 1 point lead into half. The Spartans put together a 26-16 run in the second half and pulled away. Tatiana Johnson Lead the way with 17 points 7 rebounds and 4 assist. Both teams played great defense holding each other to below 30% from the field. The Cougars end the season 22-7.
