Coach Uslu enters his 1st year as Head Coach of the CCC Women's Soccer Team in 2026.

 

Baris Uslu known throughout the soccer community as Coach JoJo is a veteran coach and trainer with more than 25 years of experience developing student-athletes across South Jersey. His coaching influence spans Marlton, Medford, Pittsgrove, Palmyra and Kingsway where he has consistently helped players elevate their technical ability, tactical understanding and overall confidence.

Coach JoJo brings a rich playing background to his coaching prowess. He began his soccer journey in Turkey, where he developed a deep passion for the sport. After moving to the United States, he continued his career at Triton High School, then at Camden County College as a proud alumnus and later competed at Rutgers-Camden for three years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, which enhances his leadership, communication and organizational approach to coaching.

In addition to his individual coaching work, coach JoJo is part of the Turkish American Futbol Academy (TAFA) a respected soccer training organization known for developing players into future mentors, trainers and coaches. Through TAFA, Coach JoJo contributes to a culture of growth, professionalism and long-term player development, helping young athletes evolve into leaders both on and off the field.

Coach JoJo is recognized for his structured, positive and motivating training environment. His philosophy emphasizes strong fundamentals, smart decision making and character development. With a reputation built on passion, consistency and genuine care for his players, Coach JoJo remains a trusted and influential figure in South Jersey soccer.
